The Cardigans – My Favourite Game

The Cardigans is a Swedish band formed in the town of Jönköping in 1992. The band’s musical style has varied greatly from album to album and encompasses their early indie leanings passing through ’60s-inspired pop and more band-based rock. The band is best known outside of Sweden for their international hit singles “Erase/Rewind” and “My Favourite Game” from the album Gran Turismo (1998) and “Lovefool” from the album First Band on the Moon (1996).

Club 8 – Whatever You Want

Club 8 is a Swedish musical group consisting of Karolina Komstedt and Johan Angergård. Formed in 1995, they were immediately signed to the Spanish record label Siesta. After being on hiatus since 2003 Club 8 finally released their 6th album The Boy Who Couldn’t Stop Dreaming on Labrador in 2007.

The Hives – Tick Tick Boom

The Hives are a Swedish rock band that first garnered attention in the early 2000s as a prominent group of the garage rock revival, playing garage punk. Their mainstream success came with the release of the “greatest hits” album Your New Favourite Band, featuring their most well-known song Hate to Say I Told You So.
