Anekdoten is a Swedish progressive rock band, composed of guitarist/vocalist Nicklas Barker, cellist Anna Sofi Dahlberg, bassist/vocalist Jan Erik Liljeström and drummer Peter Nordins. They are notable for the use of the mellotron and the heavy and trippy sound, dominated by a pounding bass guitar.

Ace of Base is a pop band from Gothenburg, Sweden, comprising Ulf Ekberg (Buddha) and siblings Jonas Berggren (Joker), Jenny Berggren (and, formerly, Malin “Linn” Berggren). They released their debut album in 1993 and went on to achieve major chart success throughout the 1990s, their most popular songs being Beautiful Life, The Sign, Don’t Turn Around and All That She Wants. Ace Of Base has sold 32 million albums worldwide.

ABBA was a Swedish pop music group active between 1972 and 1982. The band comprised Benny Andersson (Sweden), Björn Ulvaeus (Sweden), Anni-Frid Lyngstad (Norway), and Agnetha Fältskog (Sweden). They topped the charts worldwide from the mid-1970s to the early 1980s. The name “ABBA” is an acronym formed from the first letters of each of the group member’s given name (Agnetha, Björn, Benny, Anni-Frid).

Molly Sandén (born July 3, 1992) is a Swedish singer. She represented Sweden in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 by singing the song Det Finaste Någon Kan Få. She received a record position of 3rd place, despite the fact no other Scandinavian countries competed or where eligible to vote.
